Job Summary:
We’re seeking a proactive and dynamic Associate Area Business Manager to oversee sales performance and business operations in a specific territory. The role includes managing field teams, expanding market presence, and ensuring achievement of business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide and support the on-ground sales team in the assigned area
Drive sales initiatives to achieve area-wise revenue and growth targets
Track performance metrics and coach team members for better productivity
Build and nurture relationships with key clients, dealers, and channel partners
Monitor market activity and identify opportunities for improvement
Oversee the execution of local promotional strategies and brand visibility efforts
Generate regular business reports and provide actionable insights
Coordinate with internal departments to streamline sales and service support
Ideal Candidate:
Graduate; MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage
2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with team supervision
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
Target-oriented and capable of handling a fast-paced work environment
Open to frequent travel across the assigned region
Good understanding of local market trends and customer needs
