Job Title: Associate Area Business Manager
Location: Mysore
CTC: ₹3 LPA to ₹3.45 LPA Incentives / Bonus
Job Type: Full-time | Field Sales

Experience : 1+ year 

We are hiring an Associate Area Business Manager to lead and grow sales in your assigned area. You will manage a team, build relationships with agents or partners, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Handling: Recruit, train, and guide sales agents or advisors.
  • Sales Targets : Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Market Visits: Visit potential clients, agents, or partners regularly.
  • Customer Relationship: Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Reporting: Share daily/weekly performance updates with managers.
  • Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication & leadership

  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email)
  • Sales & target-driven mindset
  • Local area knowledge (Mysore)
     

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any stream
  • 1+ year of sales experience (field sales preferred)
