We are hiring an Associate Area Business Manager to lead and support a team of field sales executives in Bangalore. The role involves driving sales targets, recruiting and training team members, and expanding market presence through on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of field sales agents or executives
• Drive daily and monthly sales targets across assigned areas
• Conduct field visits, monitor performance, and support team on ground
• Analyze local markets and identify growth opportunities
• Maintain daily reports and coordinate with internal teams

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate with 1+ years of sales or team management experience
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Local area knowledge and field sales exposure preferred
