Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Associate Area Business Manager to manage sales operations in a specific area. The role involves team coordination, market development, and achieving sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and support a team of sales representatives in your area.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor and drive team performance through regular reviews and field visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area.
• Ensure proper product promotion and visibility in the market.
• Provide training, guidance, and motivation to the sales team.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
