Job Description
The Associate Area Business Manager is responsible for managing and supporting ABPs (agents) in a designated area to achieve sales targets. The role involves fieldwork, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Travel extensively within your region to engage with ABPs (agents), LAs, and customers.
- Develop and maintain a strong distribution network to meet business goals, including recruiting and managing active ABPs and LAs to achieve premium targets.
- Lead and support a team of ABPs, assisting with pre-sales, post-sales, and claim settlement activities.
Utilize and stay updated with technology-driven sales tools to enhance efficiency and streamline sales management. - Uphold values by ensuring ethical practices and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years in sales and marketing within the BFSI sector.
- Proven track record in sales and team management.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with agents and customers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Any Graduates.
