Associate Area Business Manager

Job Description

We are hiring an Associate Area Business Manager to drive business growth through the agency channel by developing a strong advisor network and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors
• Drive business through field sales and local market activities
• Generate quality leads and ensure conversion
• Support advisors in client meetings and policy closures
• Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance
• Ensure smooth onboarding and policy issuance

Requirements:

• Graduation mandatory
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing
• Strong leadership and team handling skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation ability
