Job Description

Oversee and expand our agency network in the insurance sector of India. Lead new business possibilities, create strategic sales initiatives, and oversee and coach a group of agents.

Responsibilities: 

• Formulate and execute expansion plans for the agency network.

• Oversee, coach, and inspire a group of sales representatives.

• Establish and preserve connections with agency partners.

• To improve performance, examine market trends and sales figures.

• Verify adherence to corporate policy and legal obligations.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree

• At least two years of experience managing sales in the insurance industry.

• Excellent communication, strategic, and leadership abilities.

• Familiarity with insurance laws and markets in India.

• The applicant must have previous fieldwork experience.

• The candidate must be local.
