Job Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the assigned area.
- Develop and manage a network of agents, partners, or distributors.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and motivation.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor performance.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in BFSI or Insurance.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Result-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics is preferred.
Compensation: Up to ₹5.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
