Job Title: Associate Area Sales Manager
We are seeking a Associate Area Sales Manager to lead our team of sales representatives working in different areas. Your job is to help the team grow sales by visiting customers, solving issues, and building strong local relationships. You’ll make sure the team is focused, well-organized, and meeting their goals.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a field sales team in assigned areas
- Plan daily and weekly sales activities
- Support the team during customer visits and help close sales
- Guide the team on how to approach and follow up with clients
- Track sales progress and report to higher management
- Handle customer issues that arise during field visits
- Train new hires and improve team performance
- Make sure all work follows company guidelines and rules
Ideal candidates will:
- Have 3–6 years of field sales experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Be good at working with people and leading a team
- Understand how to meet targets and stay organized
- Be comfortable working outdoors and traveling regularly
- Graduation is mandatory
- Local candidate hire first
