Job Description
Lead recruitment, training, and development of insurance agents to drive agency channel growth. Develop and execute strategies for agent performance enhancement and sales target achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and train new agents.
- Monitor and support agent performance.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain agent relationships and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in insurance sales/agency management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
- The applicant must have previous fieldwork experience.
- The candidate must be local.
