Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Sales Manager to assist the sales team in meeting targets and strengthening customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies.
Support the Sales Manager in training and mentoring sales representatives.
Monitor sales performance and offer insights for improvement.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1 – 5 years of BFSI sales experience.
Previous experience in sales or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
