Role Overview:
Lead bancassurance sales by partnering with banks to deliver tailored life insurance solutions. Build and nurture client relationships to drive consistent business growth and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow bancassurance sales through effective collaboration with bank teams
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate insurance products
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
Ensure smooth client onboarding and follow-up support
Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Candidate Profile:
Graduate with 1 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in bancassurance or BFSI
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Result-driven and customer-focused mindset
