Responsibilities: 
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract talented insurance advisors.
Source candidates through various channels and manage the selection process.
Design and implement training programs to enhance advisors’ skills and knowledge.
Monitor performance and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
Lead and mentor a team of recruitment specialists and trainers.
Build strong relationships with agency leaders and ensure compliance with company policies.

requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of life insurance products and sales processes.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
