We’re a leading life insurance company looking for an Associate Recruitment and Development Manager to drive our recruitment and training efforts.
Role:
Recruitment: Source, interview, and hire top talent; build relationships with agencies and educational institutions.
Training: Design and deliver training programs; monitor and support new hires’ performance.
Team Management: Develop career plans and foster a positive work environment.
Reporting: Track and report on recruitment and development metrics.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2-4 years in recruitment/talent development.
Strong communication skills and knowledge of recruitment and training best practices.
