• Train agents/advisors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.
• Monitor and enhance agent performance through regular feedback and coaching.
• Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and team management.
• Build strong relationships with agents/advisors to ensure long-term engagement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
