Responsibilities:-
- Building a team of life Advisors / Agents through your own references.
- Continuously train & Motivating the team to drive Life insurance sales.
- Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Field sales & should be able to build their own team.
Candidate requirements:-
- 2+ experience of field sales & marketing of insurance / BFSI
- Any graduate / post graduate
- Any local candidate
