🔍 Experience Required: 2-5 years in core sales and marketing (any domain)
💰 Salary: ₹3.00 LPA to ₹4.00 LPA + incentives

Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Identify, attract, and onboard top talent for the agency channel.
Development: Train and develop new and existing agents to maximize their performance.
Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing feedback and guidance.
Team Leadership: Motivate and lead a team to achieve individual and collective goals.
