Our company is seeking for Associate recruitment & development manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:-

Using your own references to assemble a team of life coaches and agents.
Continually motivate and coach the group to ensure successful life insurance sales.
To be eligible, candidates must be able to assemble their own team and have at least two years of field sales experience.
Candidate requirements:-

2+ experience of field sales & marketing of insurance / BFSI
Any graduate / post graduate
Any local candidate
