Our company is seeking for Associate recruitment & development manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:-

• Assembling a group of life coaches and agents with your personal recommendations.

• To guarantee the group’s success in life insurance sales, provide ongoing coaching and motivation.

• Candidates must be capable of putting together their own team and have at least two years of field sales experience in order to be considered.

Candidate requirements:-

• 2+ experience of field sales & marketing of insurance / BFSI

• Any graduate / post graduate

• Any local candidate
