Responsibilities:-

• Using your own references to assemble a team of life coaches and agents.

• Continually motivate and coach the group to ensure successful life insurance sales.

• To be eligible, candidates must be able to assemble their own team and have at least two years of field sales experience.

Candidate requirements:-

• 2+ experience of field sales & marketing of insurance / BFSI

• Any graduate / post graduate

• Any local candidate
