Our company is seeking for Associate recruitment & development manager to join our team!
Responsibilities:-
• Using your personal references to assemble a group of life advisors and agents.
• Lead the team in life insurance sales by providing ongoing training and motivation.
• As well as being able to assemble their own team, candidates must to have at least two years of field sales experience.
Candidate requirements:-
• 2+ experience of field sales & marketing of insurance / BFSI
• Any graduate / post graduate
• Any local candidate
