Associate Recruitment & Development Manager

Job Description

You will be responsible for managing recruitment processes and supporting employee development initiatives to ensure we attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities:

Oversee recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job specifications.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and employee development progress.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Any field.
Proven experience in recruitment and employee development.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
