We are looking for a driven Associate Recruitment & Development Manager to become a key member of our team. In this role, you will handle recruitment processes and support initiatives aimed at employee growth, ensuring we successfully attract and retain high talent.
Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process, including creating job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
Design and implement training programs to boost employee skills and performance.
Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions.
Track and analyse recruitment and development metrics to assess progress.
Ensure adherence to company policies and employment regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in recruitment and employee development.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
