Seeking a motivated Associate Recruitment & Development Manager to expand our agency channel. Responsible for recruiting, training, and developing agents to achieve sales targets and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities:

Develop recruitment strategies and attract high-caliber candidates.
Design and implement training programs to enhance agent skills.
Build strong relationships with agency leaders and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:    

Bachelor’s degree in any graduation.

Proven experience in insurance recruitment and development.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Must be local candidate.
