Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Generate leads from the field and follow up with them.
• Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
• Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
• Qualify leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc.
• Create and maintain a list or database of prospective clients.
• Present and deliver information to potential clients.
• Answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
• Go on the field to onboard and train the clients.
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
• Build pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
