Roles and Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
– Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to drive performance and productivity.
– Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
– Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and industry partners.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
