Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
• Strategy Development: Create and carry out a strategic sales plan to meet business goals and revenue targets.
• Leadership: Recruit, train, and monitor performance of the sales team while demonstrating great leadership and direction.
• Management: To monitor sales success and encourage accountability among the sales force, clearly define performance metrics and KPIs.
• Analysis: To spot new trends, risks from competitors, and expansion prospects, do a comprehensive market analysis.
• Relationship Management: To increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, establish and preserve solid bonds with important clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Maintain close collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as those in finance, product development, and marketing, to provide support and alignment for sales activities.
• Improvement: To improve sales procedures, output, and efficiency, lead continuous improvement projects within the sales department.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
