Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
• Carry out sales initiatives to meet the designated area’s or territory’s budgeted sales and profitability target.
• Assist the regional sales business manager in marketing items to specific physicians and hospitals within the designated area.
• Make an effort to find new company prospects through government and tender firms.
• Make sure the territory’s demo units from the company are used effectively.
• Work together and coordinate when necessary with RSM and RBM.
• Maintain important accounts and look for new ones or commercial prospects to increase Strykers’ clientele
• Locate, cultivate, and oversee various business channels (distributors & direct sales) within the region.
• Based on techno-commercial conversations, provide customers solutions that satisfy their demands.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
