Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Understand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities to meet their requirements.
• Address potential customers’ inquiries and provide additional information via email promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with product and service information and updates to provide accurate details to customers.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of current and potential customers for effective sales management.
• Explain and demonstrate product and service features to customers, highlighting their benefits.
• Keep abreast of competing products and services to position ours effectively in the market.
• Upsell products and services to maximize sales revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Research and qualify new leads to expand the customer base and generate sales opportunities.
• Close sales deals efficiently and consistently to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Occasionally meet with customers and partners in person if required, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to customer relationship building.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
