Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop, execute Sales strategy and meet the targets related to Topline, Bottom-line and Customers.
• Promote organization brand in specified territories and create value proposition for prospects.
• Review sales strategy at regular intervals and recommend adjustments and policy changes by taking appropriate action in conjunction with the CEO.
• Maintain and publish regularly an updated sales MIS and sales database as per defined SLAs.
• Responsible for achieving Personal Target.
• Take customer feedback proactively through pre-defined mechanisms and publish them every quarter.
• Research, understand the external environment, its dynamics and implications on current and future plans of the organization and suggest changes in strategies required.
• Adhere to the relevant processes and policies of the Organization.
• Build and manage team including work allocation
• Monitor performance and give regular feedback to direct reports for continuous performance improvement.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
