Associate relationship manager

Job Description

We are seeking for excellent candidate who can build strong relations with customers for our team!

Responsibilities:-

• Support senior relationship managers in daily client interactions and relationship management activities.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Help prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services to clients.
• Monitor and analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance client experience.

Candidate requirements:-

• Candidate should be local.
• Candidate should have experience in sales and marketing of  insurance/BFSI
• Age :-21 to 38 years
• Qualifications:- any graduate/ post graduate
