Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.

• Qualify leads and set up meetings or demos for the sales team.

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals.

• Conduct training sessions to ensure sales teams are well-equipped to articulate the product’s benefits.

• Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
