Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Prospect and identify potential customers by conducting research, cold-calling, and engaging in online networking activities.
• Qualify leads and gather information about their needs, budget, and timeline to determine the best solution for their requirements.
• Communicate product or service benefits and features to prospects and answer their questions to overcome objections and close sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
• Prepare itinerary and costing as per client requirements.
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
Candidate Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
