Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect potential customers through various lead generation methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and industry networking.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to effectively showcase the features and benefits visual technology solutions to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Actively participate in sales meetings, team discussions, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and refine sales techniques.
• Travel to meet clients, conduct face-to-face meetings, and pitch products effectively.
• Work closely with the sales team and sales manager to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives.
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales manager, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors’ activities to identify potential business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Candidates Requirements:
– Gradation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
