Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and sales targets in the Region.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.

• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.

• Analyze sales data and generate insightful reports to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales.

• Provide training and guidance to the sales team to enhance their skills and productivity.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Assist in developing the annual marketing and sales plans.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
