Job Description

The Associate Relationship Manager is crucial for fostering strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. They act as the primary contact for clients, manage accounts effectively, and provide valuable insights into market trends, all of which contribute to the company’s success and client retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and addressing their needs.
  • Drive sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the direct channel.
  • Oversee client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of any issues or queries.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • 1.5 years in relationship management or sales, preferably in a direct channel or similar environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
