Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information.
• Prepares and completes marketing action plan.
• Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
• Handle end-to-end sales by converting and ensuring closures of leads.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Understand and consolidate client requirements and coordinate with the research team to present the client with proposals/drafts best suited to their needs.
• Negotiate and close business dealings, work on pipeline projects, and try to close as many deals as possible to maximize revenue generation.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Identifying the vacancy in the team.
• Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Implementing new sales plans.
• Ensure that the team is achieving the target assigned by to them.
• Ensure that the data is adequately collected and inserted.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
