Roles and Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential customers who have shown interest in products, understand their needs, and convert them into active customers.
• Proactively follow up with leads and customers to ensure a smooth sales process and address any queries or concerns they may have.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Stay updated with product offerings, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes using CRM software.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
