Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
• Developing and expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets of the region.
• Generate leads independently through cold calling and other lead generation techniques.
• Generating business requirements from New Accounts & developing them to achieve profitability.
• Carry out marketing activities for software products to have better penetration in the market.
• Maintain and manage excellent relationship with existing accounts and do cross selling and upselling of products.
• Ensure timely collection of revenue from clients.
• Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership-based relationship.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
