Associate Relationship Manager

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate and close deals.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Work closely with internal teams, including project managers and linguists, to ensure client expectations are met.

• Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns for international markets.

• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
