Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed the defined targets of new customer acquisitions month on month by analyzing transaction banking needs of the customer
• Provide regular feedback to RM on opportunities and customer needs
• Ensure adherence to selling norms and SOPs defined by the organization
• Ensure strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations Ensure quality sourcing in line with the Bank’s policy.
• Branding and Advertising: Oversee the hospital’s branding efforts, including the creation and execution of advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and leadership to achieve departmental goals.
• Reaching out to new clients and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services.
• Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs.
• Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
