Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
• Understand the specifications of new products and present them well to the dealers.
• Educate potential corporate on minimization of learning and development cost, increase talent retention, alignment of organizational goals with employees upskilling goals.
• Coordinate and invite key decision taker of corporates in conference with academia leaders to establish good relations.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing training centers.
• Conduct thorough assessments of potential corporates to ensure strategic alignment.
• Develop a deep understanding of business model, competition, and market dynamics.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Work closely with the team to achieve set recovery targets and contribute to overall departmental goals.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
