Roles and Responsibilities:
• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service to achieve maximum sales revenue for the organization
• Achieve his and store goals and targets
• Participate in all promotions and offers as may be launched by the company from time to time too introduce promotions and opportunities to customers
• Provide information to customers regarding all products like frames, sunglasses, prescription sunglasses, accessories and all other products introduced by the company
• Working any type store growth related work without hesitation
• Good in sales for customers grabbing
• Create new business from old and generate new customers
• Build rapport & establishment long-time relationship with customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets while continuously looking for ways to increase productivity and effectiveness.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to better position our platform.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
