Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
• Make cold calls to potential customers, make strong sales presentations, and provide them details about your offerings to pique their interest.
• Recognize client demands and effectively customize product or service offers to satisfy them; use a script to guide and advise prospective clients in order to assist them make well-informed purchasing decisions.
• Build and preserve trusting connections with clients by paying attention to their issues and answering any queries or reservations they may have.
• Close sales agreements by proactively interacting with clients, addressing their concerns, and persuading them to make commitments.
• Ensure that the CRM system (LeadSquared) accurately records and updates customer information, sales activities, and sales pipeline.
• To communicate successfully, keep up a thorough awareness of the company’s services, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Candidates Requirement:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
