Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
• Establish and preserve a solid rapport with both newly onboarded clients and current ones.
• Nurture and expand current and potential clientele
• Your main goal will be to establish rapport with dealers, stores, builders, and kitchen designers while concentrating on learning about their needs and striving to deliver a satisfying purchasing experience that boosts sales.
• Actively pursue sales of Cabinetworks products with dealer and retail partners within the designated territory. Recognize client demands and provide suitable kitchen cabinet solutions
• Initially prioritized building market share and adding new accounts.
• Communicate with the outside sales teams on a regular basis to promote sales and guarantee market coverage.
• Take part in training sessions and team meetings to improve your sales abilities.
• Remain current with product information, market trends, and rival products.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
