Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Tracking, analyzing, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as per company shared Dashboards
• Recruit right sales-people, set team objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
• Oversee sales team to ensure company business standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly
• Manage & Execute company weekly & monthly primary and secondary objectives
• To develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases in accordance with the sales strategy.
• Keep complaints in minimum, if there manage the complaints effectively by prioritizing the customer need
• Providing market intelligence, data analytics and insights to Marketing team to launch the right promotional and customer communication initiatives.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
