Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
• Help identify and target potential consumers; Participate in in-person meetings and product presentations.
• Work together in groups to create sales pitches, gather client data, and pursue leads.
• Assist in upkeep of the client database, cultivate connections, take part in market analysis and product presentations.
• Help with the preparation of sales projections and reports; meet sales goals; and cultivate connections with clients.
• Generate leads, establish rapport with clients, market goods and services, and assist walk-in clients by getting to know their needs.
• Handle product/service sales, upselling, cross-selling, and business generation from current clients.
• Participate in crucial sales training sessions and get knowledge of all the services and goods offered by the business.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong interest in sales and customer service.
• Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
