Job Description

Positions & Duties:

• Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, always exhibiting a high degree of professionalism and customer service.

• Create and carry out strategic sales plans in order to meet financial goals and increase market share in the luxury retirement home industry.

• Establish and nurture connections with potential customers, such as wealthy retirees, their families, and influential members of the senior living community.

• Work together with advertising and marketing firms to develop persuasive promotional materials and sales collateral aimed at the elderly population and their offspring who live abroad.

• Mentor and teach junior sales team members in customer relationship management and efficient sales strategies.

• Keep up with market developments, competitor activity, and industry trends so that you can modify your sales tactics appropriately.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
