Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• To build and grow the bank’s Trade Finance & Services portfolio and overall business.
• Develop detailed account plan and execution strategy for each client and conduct periodic reviews to ensure alignment with account plan.
• Prospect and identify corporate clients with strong Trade potential (NTBs)
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of competitors’ products, market landscape on Trade and Capital Account business
• Provide inputs on products, service levels and product features to product and strategy teams to help develop a best-in-class Transaction Banking suite of products.
• Provide inputs on sales strategy for setting up Trade Finance and services
• Own, articulate & execute business strategy covering product development management, sales & service delivery so as to achieve trade target
• Build industry knowledge in certain sectors that would help manage the portfolio
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
