Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate leads within the hospitality, aviation, and facilities management sectors.
• Handle customer support inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Implement robust sales forecasting and reporting mechanisms to provide accurate and timely insights to the executive team.
• Handling customer questions, complaints, and inquiries, and maintaining good relationships with existing customers
• Establish relationships with clients to drive repeat business and set follow-up appointments to share new arrivals.
• Work closely with our Customer Success Team to understand our clients’ needs and challenges and use this knowledge to improve our sales process.
• Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers
• Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management
• Assist other team members with transactions when necessary
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
